     2.   MULTICULTURAL AWARENESS: A cognitive, affective & linguistic analysis of how peoples differ and how the differences affect their attitudes toward other cultures.

     3.   LANGUAGE ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT: An examination of the theories and models of language development including psychological, socio-cultural, political, and pedagogical factors affecting L1 and L2 development and their influence on current teaching methods & approaches.

     4.   HISTORY & SURVEY OF TESOL METHODOLOGIES: History and development of theories and methods for instruction in and thru English.
