Ferdinand Paul Horn Muller aka PAUL HORN is a musik-maker of many flavors.
Born in Indonesia, schooled in the Netherlands, his musical endeavors as a drummer
started in Aruba, Netherlands Antilles, continued through his studies in Puerto Rico,
eventually taking him to Florida, and now San Diego, California.

His influences commenced with Jimmy Smith, Stan Getz, Brubeck,
and many others from that era, which took him to working with
Jaco Pastorius (Word of Mouth, Birthday Concert),
Othello Molineaux, Robin Henkel, Rob Whitlock,
Joe Azarello, the late Hank Dobbs, Mitch Manker,
Aristotle Giorgio, jr., Tim Quinn, Jaime Valle,
Cecil McBee, Carl "papa" Lawrence,
Steve Christie, Caleb Furgatch,
Felix Pastorius, and more....

His approach to drums, and steeldrums,
is inspired by his island experience
from the Equator to the Caribbean,
yet with formal training in Jazz.

Listen here to a soundclip of Paul with Jaco Pastorius in 83/84.
